Plant Group delivers a broad range of services, and we work in several ways with our clients to accommodate fixed budgets, tight schedules and long-term engagements.

Through partnering agreements with our clients we are keen to respond to cost saving initiatives. We ultimately believe that our flexibility is a competitive advantage.

Here are some of the ways our services can be retained:

• On a lump sum or percentage fee for consulting services at project outset
• On an engineering-procurement-construction management (EPCM) basis for a negotiated fee or as a percentage of the value of work contracted for on behalf of clients
• On an hourly or per diem basis for clients at the early stages of project development or who require seasoned professional advice

In certain cases we will work on a contingency fee basis or agree to deferred-payment terms.
